China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (CSDC) was established in accordance with the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China. The total registered capital is RMB1.2 billion. Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange are shareholders of CSDC, each holding 50% equities. CSDC Head Office is located in Beijing, governing CSDC Shanghai Branch, CSDC Shenzhen Branch, CSDC Beijing  Branch and China Securities and Futures Information Base Development and Construction Co. Ltd. China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) is its supervisory authority. more >
