    To implement the arrangements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") for the depository receipts business under the Stock Connect Scheme between the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange ("Shanghai-London Stock Connect"), and regulate the Shanghai-London Stock Connect depository receipts registration and settlement business, the Implementation Rules of Depository Receipts Registration and Settlement Business under the Stock Connect Scheme between Shanghai Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange (Provisional) is formulated and hereby issued after reporting to the CSRC, which will be implemented as of the date of issuance.
